By placing an order you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete. AfterHourz, LLC is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Physical products are shipped within 3 to 7 business days of your order being placed unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. AfterHourz, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

Digital products are delivered via email within the timeframe specified on the product page. If you do not receive your digital download, please contact us at afterhourzllc@gmail.com before assuming your order was lost.

6. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on physical wellness products, books, signed collectibles, or digital downloads.

If your order arrives damaged or you experience a technical issue with a digital product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at afterhourzllc@gmail.com. We will review each situation individually and work to make it right.

7. Subscriptions

By enrolling in an AfterHourz subscription you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. AfterHourz, LLC does not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed.

8. Events and Experiences

Tickets to AfterHourz events are non-refundable. In the event that an experience is cancelled or rescheduled by AfterHourz, LLC, ticket holders will be notified via the email address provided at purchase and offered a credit or transfer to a future event.

AfterHourz events are intended for adults 18 and older. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves with respect for all participants, guests, and staff. AfterHourz, LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, harmful, or violates the spirit of the

AfterHourz community without refund.

9. User Submissions and Review

By submitting a review, testimonial, comment, or any other content to AfterHourz, LLC you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content across our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. You confirm that any content you submit is truthful, original, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
